My Piper Warrior ii

Guys, sorry for not posting for almost a year. I will try to rectify the alignment issue soon so that i can continue with my Sportsman 2+2 project.
In the meantime,I bought a 1989 Piper Warrior ii from Spore Youth Flying Club. There was only 4 hrs left after 2 hrs ferry flight by myself together with a CAAS rep from Seletar Airport to Subang,KL on 16 Feb 2011.
You can view 3 video files by going to www.contour.com.Click on Stories and type: Piper warrior ferry flight Seletar.Alternative, surf for the same topic on youtube channel name flytnc2000. Unfortunately 2 other airborne video files are corrupted and have yet to be fixed. Enjoy them for now. 9V-BOJ will be incarnated to become 9M-TNC after about 2 months from now(Date check: 13 Mar 2011) I will then have the remaining hrs flown before removing the engine and send it over to USA for overhaul. With 2000hrs fresh engine, i will lease out 9M-TNC @ RM550 per hour of fun flying around Malaysia and vicinity. Check out : air adventure flying club in Subang (just surf/google it) as Andreas, the head of the club is now taking care of my baby. Adious!!!
My email address is flytnc@gmail.com ( HP/6012-9074278 ..kindly sms only since i will usually be at overseas and i dont accept call outside Spore).

UPDATE: I anticipate 9M-TNC with free wheel pants courtesy of Mr Surend, owner of Sg Bernam Airfield,Selangor-Perak border (w/installation of cigarette lighter..not that i encourage smoking in flight..Strictly No smoking ,ok? if u rent my warrior..to facilitate use of portable gadget..charging purpose only) to be ready soon .Give and take another month ie. 20 May 2011?? or earlier.

Fast track to year 2015

17 Dec 2007. Success!! With help of SIA engineering staff from composite department, i managed to " persuade" the internal cable into the conduit tube of the left door. The culprit: a small solid (see next photo) apparently got stuck inside , preventing insertion of the cable.

The external handle was assembled as per manual and slotted in place. A rectangle shape hole was cut out to accommodate the lock tab by first drilling #30 holes in the corner then cutting the sides.

19 November 2007 the interior cables are inserted on the right door. Note: I had problem inserting one cable on the left door (pls see next picture).

A bit of side track, this is a view of the 2nd floor of my house in Taman Desa..as you can see is under renovation. My dad promised to let me have the vacant space shown which is good enough to accommodate my fuselage plus with the wing folded in the future. Yahoo!!! Finally,my very own workshop .The next photo will show an extension to my workshop outside the renovated additional room.
